Administration Secretary

Janet Hedges is the Administration Secretary for Assistant Chief Dave Whiting.

Administration Officer's Liaison Captain

Captain Perry Clark is the Administration Officer's Liaison Captain and directly assists the Administration Officer with various administrative duties. He is also responsible for managing the Division's periodic vacancy and transfer process, the administration of light duty assignment, and the Fire Complex telephone system.

Professional Standards Unit

The Professional Standards Unit is command by Battalion Chief Dwayne White, with two Lieutenants, four firefighters and one secretary, and is charged with the mission of:

Protecting the Public
Protecting the Division
Protecting the employee
Correction of procedural problems
Removal of unfit personnel

Human Resources

Vickie Atkins Loeser, Human Resource Manager, handles:

Administering the payroll system including hours worked, overtime, vacation, holiday and sick leave

Administering personnel benefits such as insurance and the Worker's Compensation reporting system.

Handles personnel transactions such as new hires, reclassifications, promotions and resignations.
